Ruben Conitzer is a near lifelong Miami Beach resident. After graduating from Miami Beach Senior High School and earning a B.A. from Florida International University, he went on to the University of Miami School of Law where he obtained his juris doctor degree, summa cum laude, as well as Masters of Laws degrees in both Estate Planning and Taxation, and a Certificate in International Taxation. During law school, Ruben interned for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida and was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. In addition, Ruben has a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell.
After law school, Ruben joined the mergers and acquisitions department in Pricewaterhouse Coopers' National Office in Washington, D.C. In D.C., he represented multinational corporations in cross-border tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. After gaining considerable experience in corporate and international taxation, Ruben returned to Miami to join a top tier Miami boutique law firm where he still works today.
